BEWARE OF MANUFACTURERS WHO TELL YOU THAT FEDERAL INSIGNIA DOES NOT APPLY!! Once you buy a trailer that doesn't meet Federal codes you will not be legal to use it. Most Health departments are aware of this and will ask you for the Insignia.
Beware of "BACK YARD BUILDERS" Google their location and see of they are a real company. It's easy to misrepresent on the internet. "Back Yard Builders" make all kinds of Empty Promises and usually can't or don't keep them, like a low Price, Quality, and Completion Date. Often that's all they are just Empty Promises!!

Lower # gauge is heavier than higher # gauge in metal.
Example; 18 gauge is thicker, and stronger than 20 gauge.
If comparing to other manufacturers, please remember if it is priced cheap, it probably is cheap. Made from thinner, lower grade materials, would not last as long , and will be needing frequent repairs. ( You can't sell food if your cart is in the shop.)
Our food surface areas are 18 gauge Stainless Steel, and our exteriors are 10 guage Aluminum Diamond Plate mirror finish.
